im new here..hop u guys have a good day..just wan to share some experience with u wen u shopping n buy something...
wen u buy things n pay by credit card please check properly ur items cause im too careless till din check n go bck home just found out the description not match v items i buy...not sure can refund it or not.just wish to share here n remind u guys...hop can refund:( Sad

You should call your bank about it, they might be able to help. Im not sure if all banks do this, but for citibank users they seems to be more generous in customers service. Check this out.
